Assisting Families Dealing With Chronic Illness

This course is designed to give professionals and students in health care, social work or other social service professions a better understanding of the issues surrounding families dealing with illness and special needs.  This population faces unique challenges and needs that professionals must be aware of in order to provide helpful and relevant person-centred care.

held on March 28th.
