Innovative Psychotherapy to Meet Your Needs
My goal is to help create positive change, utilizing several theoretical and research-based methodologies. I begin this journey by asking clients to illuminate what matters most to them and to define their goals.
I believe it is important to discuss what you value and how that relates to your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Further, I believe people often have the resources and strengths needed, it is just a matter of uncovering them.
At Hope for Families Counselling Centre, I am working as a practicum student under the supervision of Holly Mathers, Registered Psychotherapist to complete the requirements for my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I enjoy helping people navigate anxiety, depression, career-transition, self-esteem issues, as well as other issues and look forward to working with you.
