Innovative Psychotherapy to Meet Your Needs
My mission is to journey with you, as you recover from the mental, emotional, and spiritual health challenges that prevent you from flourishing in your work, communities, and relationships.
I am holistic in assessing the impacts of physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual dimensions, on your wellbeing. I am experienced in treating individuals, couples and families dealing with a wide range of relationship, mental health and addictions issues, and available to incorporate spirituality to your care, as you desire, irrespective of your religious or lack of religious affiliation.
Though integrative in approach, I am foundationally client-centered and psychodynamic, and offer strategies and techniques from cognitive, behavioral, existential, somatic and mindfulness modalities. I draw from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences to collaboratively develop and deliver evidence-based and customized treatment plans to meet your unique needs and contexts. I have backgrounds and experiences in multicultural, multi-religious developing country, multiple developed countries; residential schools, careers in pharmacy, business, education, change and project management, middle-childhood, immigrant and special needs children, parenting, marriage, and family life.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have two Masters degrees (Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and Ministry and Spirituality – Spiritual Direction Focus) from University of Toronto and a Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions from Ryerson University.
