Therapist In Training
As a therapist, my goal is to create a soft place for you to bring what feels too big to carry alone. I am a therapy student under the supervision of Holly Mathers (Registered Psychotherapist), and I specialize in offering trauma-informed and body-based therapy for people of all ages. I am passionate about collaborating with clients to determine and grow toward what healing looks like for them.
I work with clients facing a wide variety of life’s challenges. Much of my previous experience is in reproductive care, supporting individuals, couples and families along the spectrum of in/fertility, birth, postpartum and parenthood with special appreciation for 2SLGBTQ+ clients and families. Currently, I am a student in my Masters of Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy at Martin Luther University College. I love to infuse therapy with creative, nature-based and somatic (body-oriented) approaches, and am a 600hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Level Two Integrative Somatic Therapy Practitioner™. I am honoured to hear and hold your stories with you, and look forward to our work together.
