Innovative Psychotherapy to Meet Your Needs
I take a holistic and collaborative approach when providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I believe that it can be difficult to manage and cope with life’s hardships such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and challenges within our interpersonal relationships.
As a therapist my goal is to help make these overwhelming feelings more manageable by providing guidance with empathy, compassion, psychoeducation, and coping techniques. I have experience working in settings with a variety of clients who present with mental health concerns relating to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, and gender related issues.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
