Innovative Psycotherapy to Meet Your Needs

My aim is to establish a meaningful, collaborative, and trusting therapeutic relationship in which you feel respected, heard, and safe to explore your concerns. I see our sessions as a place for you to explore possibilities, utilize your strengths, develop tools, increase your self-awareness, and create healthy connections. By incorporating various therapeutic approaches, my focus is to meet you where you are and assist you in achieving your goals.

As a Crisis Worker for the Distress Centre of Niagara, I have extensive experience providing emotional support and crisis intervention to a myriad of individuals experiencing emotional distress, social isolation, and marginalization.

I have also been fortunate enough to provide support to individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and mental health concerns on their journey towards achieving recovery and independence. Through supportive counselling and fostering social, cognitive, emotional, and physical skills, people’s quality of life is enhanced and they are able to transition back into the community.

I am currently completing my practicum placement to finish my Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am supervised by Holly Mathers, Registered Psychotherapist. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brock University.
