As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to be your authentic self. Through fostering a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, authenticity and understanding, we will work together to draw on your unique strengths and collaborate on reaching your goals. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally-competent, LGBTQ+ affirming perspective to make sure individuals of all backgrounds, experiences and beliefs feel heard and empowered.
I am experienced in working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, and work-related stress. I have a special focus on working with women facing challenges with self esteem, body image and perfectionism.
Together we will work on creating change through honouring your experience, embracing your agency and building your resilience.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Classics from the University of Toronto.
