Innovative Psycotherapy to Meet Your Needs

As a therapist, I strive to work with individuals in a way that helps them embrace their autonomy, making them feel empowered to make lasting positive changes in their lives. My goal is to help foster a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, authenticity and understanding, and to help individuals build resilience and self-compassion. I use an integrative person-centered approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

A lifelong passion for psychology and mental health led me to complete my undergraduate degree in psychology, and I have experience volunteering and working in various organizations including Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, the University of Toronto and Kids Help Phone to promote mental health and wellbeing within a wide range of populations.

I am currently completing my practicum placement at Hope for Families under supervision of Holly Mathers, RP, for the fulfillment of my Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
